Sunday Stills – Water in the details

Though I am phobic to deep water, yet have managed to get some beautiful pics of it. I am sharing with you all some of those, under the Sunday Stills by Terry. Hope you all enjoy and like my little effort.

Another beach on the same coast. It had a submarine installed for the viewrs and tourists.

Beautiful view oh Manali on the banks of Bias River.

Mantralayam is a pilgrimage center in Andhra Pradesh, India. A calm and quiet village on the banks of River Tungabhadra.

Jal Mahal meaning a palace in the water, is truly a treat to watch when ever you are in The Pink City, the capital of Rajasthan.

Below, I share a scenic view of River Gosthani, flowing amidst the valley of Araku, near the world famous site of Borra caves, which are limestone caves.

Grass Walk, is a beautiful resort set in the lap of nature in the town of Vikharabad. The town falls under the forest area and it is also surrounded by Anantagiri hills, making it a perfect place to retreat from the chaotic city life.

The resorts there conduct nature wakls, tracking and forest walks. The tracking, mostly leads to two places, first and old temple build in middle of the forest and second, to the watch tower situated on top of a high hill but here I am sharing only selected pics related to the weekly topic.

The picture below is of a resort near our city. It is good for spending time with family, in peaceful environment.

Hope I justified this week’s prompt.

  1. Thank you so much Terri. You don’t know how much your Sunday Stills means to me. It compels me to do a post which otherwise left due to procrastination.
